KEVIN WHITE

Kevin White’s studio practice absorbs objects and paint.  He utilizes non-traditional materials assembling and painting on top of found objects. The imagery in his work directly reflects his personal experiences and animal motifs. The repetition of dots, dashes, and marks are made instinctually. Viewers commonly associate Kevin’s style with musical rhythms or aboriginal paintings from Australia.  

Kevin’s work is regularly collected and shown and he is often sought after by other professional artists for collaborations, including Tony Dotson, Julia Lipovsky, and Cryptogram Ink. His large-scale paintings have been featured at Algin Retro Furniture in downtown Cincinnati for a number of years.
