WHAT IS DOUBLE VISION?

Double Vision is an experience where artists from Visionaries + Voices collaborate with community artists to create original artworks and support our organization’s mission.

Every year in October, we throw a party for artists to mix, mingle, and find a partner in creative crime. Individuals may choose to work with each other based on style, medium, or the relationships they build through collaboration.

Once paired, artists have until February to create one work of art to be auctioned off at Double Vision – our biggest fundraising event of the year. During the event, selected artworks are bid on by collectors, families, and friends.

100% of the proceeds are used to support our mission to offer creative, professional, and educational opportunities for adults with disabilities.

Collaborators Wanted!

Meet other artists, share ideas, and find your partner in creative crime for Double Vision XVI. Double Vision raises awareness and money in support of V+V’s mission. Visionaries + Voices is an inclusive arts organization dedicated to providing creative, professional and educational opportunities for adults with disabilities.

Visionaries + Voices' staff will be present to explain the parameters for the project, introduce artists, and help facilitate creative connections. Bring yourself and an example of the artwork you like to make – we'll help with the rest!

The deadline for Double Vision XV submissions is February 14th, 2025.

Each collaborating pair may submit one completed piece to be auctioned live at Double Vision XVI in May 2025. Collaborators will be reimbursed for art supplies (up to $50) and receive free tickets to experience the excitement! We can't wait to see what collaborators make!
