NEIL DIGNAN
An avid bird watcher and traveler, Neil never leaves home without a sketchbook to record what he sees. He is a naturalist at heart, making artwork focusing plant and animal life beginning with grids or geometry. The work then grows from that rigid structure to create organic, intricate repetitions of forms, patterns, and color.
Neil is a graduate of the Teaching Artist Program at Visionaries + Voices where he presently teaches art classes to all ages in the community. Neil’s work is shown heavily in the region including two public murals worked on in 2017 and 2018.
