Jan Hermans is a graduate of Xavier University with a concentration in Art, Health, Physical and Adaptive Physical Education.  Jan worked within Forest Hills School District as a director of a before and after school program, paraprofessional, and job coach.  She is an advocate for the rights and artistic needs of the artists at Visionaries & Voices.   With a love of outsider art that drives her to run this busy studio Jan draws her strength in interpersonal communication while working with many artists and employees at V&V.  She expresses herself through fiber art, printmaking.   Family, horses, and outdoor activities fuel her creativity.
